Yay...we broke a record?

Today we reached a milestone...The snowiest winter in recorded history..we beat 93.5 inches with 93.6 inches.

This is the second-consecutive heavy winter in Spokane. Last year, more than 92 inches of snow fell in Spokane, the third most since records started in 1893. And last year was rough! We even had a measurable amount of snow in early June and Spring never came so to speak.
Spokane is also mired in unseasonable cold temps. The normal high temps in late March is in the low 50s, this month we have seen highs in the 30s and 40s. It's all good though..it's warm inside.

I'm not real proud of this record...If next year we beat the all time wormest winter and spring in recorded history...I'll be proud of that
