I came down with some kind of bug last week and wow did I get sick! For many days I was pretty much bed ridden...I was so so sick. I haven't felt like that in many years.
I drank a ton of fluids and took good care of myself..it's nice to be back with the living.
Today is fairly chilly...we had some nice weather over the last week which was good..
